In his fourth season with SKC, Russell continues to punish opposing defenses. In 23 starts, the forward has scored an MLS career-high 12 times and accumulated seven assists. He also set the SKC scoring streak record by scoring in seven consecutive games. Russell’s game-winning goal against Seattle gave him 37 career goals, tying former Colorado Rapids striker John Spencer for most MLS goals by a Scottish player.
