Sporting Kansas City will host the Colorado Rapids on Saturday at Children's Mercy Park with kickoff slated for 7:30 p.m. CT and tickets available via SeatGeek. The Western Conference clash will stream live on MLS Season Pass via Apple TV in addition to airing locally on Sports Radio 810 WHB.
Mason Toye etched his name onto the scoresheet in a loss at Seattle Sounders FC last weekend that saw Sporting create plenty of danger but struggle to put out fires defensively. The Rapids, meanwhile, are just north of the playoff line in the Western Conference and will be looking to bounce back from a three-goal road loss to the LA Galaxy.
With Saturday's contest just around the corner, we take a statistical look at the fixture in our newest edition of By The Numbers presented by Compass Minerals.
